WAGAR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 5
An ole baseball adage, "You can't win if you don't score" kind of applied to this 7 inning affair at Airport. Even though the team scored two runs, we did not collect a hit. With an early 2-0 lead, the Airport squad came back to tied it at 2-2 without the aid of a hit. It remained 2-2 until the 6th inning when with 1 out Airport got on with an error and 4 hits later it was 5-2.
