Metro Classic 5/11/24

Huron Men’s Track secured the 3^rd place banner at the Metro Classic Invitational on Saturday. Luke Dulecki delivered the standout individual performance for the team, claiming the Metro Classic Champion title in the 3200M run, clocking an impressive sub-10-minute time of 9:54.37 PR. The 4x400M relay team, narrowly missing the school record, sprinted to victory in 3:28.83, led by Shaun Folkwein, Kyle Biller, Lucas Kuhn, and Hunter Mihal also emerged with a championship title and coveted custom relay batons. Kuhn earned runner-up recognition in both the 800M and 1600M runs. Additionally, Dylan Hudkins earned runner-up in the 110M hurdles and 3rd place in the 300M hurdles. Other standout performances were Hunter Mihal coming in at 3^rd in the 400M dash and Cayden Kilby 3^rd place in the high jump.
