Warrior Classic 4/23/22

The Huron Boys Track team placed 5^th overall at the Warrior Classic this Saturday. Miles Fichtner lead the team scoring 18 points, with a first-place championship finish in the 300M hurdles and second in the 110M hurdles. Isaac Smith claimed the high jump title with a winning jump of 6’2 and continued on to 6’3.5 in an attempt to break the 6’3 school record, just missing in three attempts. Additionally, in the high jump, Rocco Sells medaled in 5^th place. Smith also medaled in the 100M dash placing 6^th, along with Antonio Talley in 4^th. Griffin Mentzer medaled in both his open events placing 6^th in the 1600M (4:47.6) and 800M run.
