MHSAA Track & Field Division 2 State Finals 6/5/21
Griffin Cholette, in the 110M hurdles, just couldn’t get enough push off his injured ankle and was disqualified for touching the eighth hurdle with his hand.
Antonio Talley, Caleb Henninger, Ayden Roupe, and Isaac Smith in the 4x200M relay gained ground after a dropped baton only to be disqualified on a questionable exchange zone violation.
The Huron boys regrouped and came back strong in the 4x100M relay. Isaac Smith, Gabe Anthony, Ayden Roupe, and Caleb Henninger earned All-State honors placing 5th with another school record smashing time of 44.01.
Ayden Roupe and Isaac Smith will also be earning the Academic All-State Award in Track & Field as well.
