WILLIAMSTON HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Chiefs competed at the Jim Mooney Williamston Classic and came up just short of Eaton Rapids for the championship.
Individually the Chiefs had four champions. There were; (140) Owen Zablocki, (145) Kaleb Rosen, (171) Adam Brenner, and (189) Cody Brenner. Runner-ups were; (135) Dylan Carr, and (160) Nelson Poet. Finishing in 3rd place was (215) Brendan Damiani, and (285) Tyler Short. Other place winners were (152) Rob Copley 4th and (189) Braden Damiani 6th.
The Chiefs will compete in the Clio Duals next weekend in what should bring some tough competition. With the Huron League tournament just two weeks away this should get them primed and ready for the post season.
