MARYSVILLE HIGH SCHOOL: 3
The HBAF hockey team mercied the young and short rostered Marysville 11-3. On Senior Night our "Great 8" Seniors were recognized in a nice ceremony recognizing their hockey careers and their acknowledgements to their parents and teamates for their support.
The squad skated to a victory for lead by the Seniors. Scoring 8 of the 11 goals were Seniors. Freshman forward Logan Bloomer was the only non-senior to score and had a hat trick in the third period. Leading the team was Clay Hightower with 3 goals and 3 assists. Darren Baber collected 2 goals and 2 assists as did TJ Potcova. Zach Hurd scored the other goal-a nice short-handed goal to cap the scoring.
In net, Seniors Cade Armstrong and Collin Page shared the victory in net.
