In a SEHL game, the NBU team skated away with a 7-0 win at Southgate.  In net, Cade Armstrong made some big-time saves to hold the Titans scoreless.  While the NBU team dominated many facets of the game, some defensive lapses gave Southgate some golden opportunities.  Armstrong stood tall and saved all 15 of 15 shots.

Leading the coring for the New Boston Unified team was freshman phenom Logan Bloomer.  He scored three goals-a hat trick on a nice tip, a snipe-top shelf and a one-timer. Also scoring was Evan Estes on a nice wrist shot over the glove of the Southgate goalie.  Zach Hurd returned to the lineup after an injury and scored as well.  Clay Hightower scored, Zac Sawdy scored and TJ Potocoval chipped-in too. 

Earning assists for the squad was Hightower, Darren Barber and Chris Begeman with 2, Estes, Hurd, Bloomer, Potcova.  Earning an assist on the Potcova goal was Cade Armstrong who was a factor-defensively and offensively.

Barber and Hightower stood out in their performance on the ice and played great games.
