DEARBORN HIGH SCHOOL: 2
In the Pre-Regional game against the Dearborn Unified team, the New Boston-Belleville United team fell short on a 2-1 lost. In a close contest to the end of the game, the team had opportunities to cash-in but missed with chances in the 2nd and 3rd periods. Scoring for the team was Xavier Ryznar on a great pass with Cody Nill. The other assist went to Josh Pawelczyk. The DU team peppered netminder Ryan Mann with 35 goals as he stood tall in net only allowing the two on scrambles in the front of the net.
A good season for the joint team as boys from schools worked well together for the team goals and played hard from game 1 until the last game!
