SOUTHGATE ANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL: 1
In a home game versus Southgate Anderson, the New Boston-Belleville skaters won for the 6th time this season. Southgate opened the scoring but the United team scored 6 goals for the convincing 6-1 victory.
An oddity on the scoresheet this game where six different players each scored a goal in the game. Those players were Xavier Ryznar, Cody Nill, Evan Estes, Matthew Kosiba, Darren Barber and Connor Mann. Playing well. the defense stood tall and held Southgate to only 4 shots in the first two periods. The game gave a breather to goalie Ryan Mann who faced an average of 47 shots in the previous 5 games.
Assisting on the scoring for the United were Cole McNulty, Cody Nill with one assist and Kosiba, Mann, Barber with two assists apiece.
