Luke Coll Throws Shutout As Huron Defeats Jefferson
Luke Coll threw a shutout to lead Huron past Jefferson 11-0 on Thursday.
The Chiefs secured the victory thanks to six runs in the seventh inning. Micah Smith, Issac Smith, Matt Williams, and Gavin Moczydlowsky each had RBIs in the frame.
Luke Coll was the winning pitcher for Huron. The righty allowed two hits and zero runs over seven innings, striking out 13.
Huron tallied ten hits on the day. Jaden Morse, Isaac Smith, and Rory Callahan each collected multiple hits for the Chiefs. The Chiefs tore up the base paths, as three players stole at least two bases. Isaac Smith led the way with three stolen bases.
