Huron Chiefs Shuts Out Anderson for 2nd Time of the Day
Chad Martin threw a gem in game 2 on Saturday for the Chiefs, allowing zero runs and besting Anderson by a score of 10-0
Huron secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fourth inning. The Chiegs big inning was driven by singles by Cole Grunwald, Gavin Moczydlowsky , and Micah Smith.
Huron opened up the scoring in the first inning, when Gavin Moczydlowsky hit a sac fly and scored the go ahead run for the Chiefs.C
Chad Martin was the winning pitcher for Huron. Chad allowed one hit and zero runs over five innings, striking out six and walking zero.
Huron Chiefs Varsity had ten more hits in game 2. Wyatt Marentette and Gavin Moczydlowsky each collected 2 hits to lead the Chiefs to victory.
