The Huron Chiefs beat up on the Allen Park Jags 10-5 in the first game of a Saturday double header. The Chiefs pulled away for good with six runs in the third inning. In the third Chase Molnar doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, Gavin Moczydlowsky singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run, Rory Calahan singled on a 0-2 count, scoring another run. Matt William and Ricky Emelian both had RBI's in the inning with a "hit by pitch" and walk.

Micah Smith was credited with the victory for the Chiefs.  Smith surrendered four runs on six hits over four innings, striking out seven.  Jayden Craig threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.  Craig recorded the last 9 outs to collect his 3rd save for the Chiefs for the year.

Huron racked up 10 hits in the game and was led by Matt Williams and Rory Calahan who each had 3 hits and Chase Molnar had 2. The Chiefs were sure handed and didn't commit a single error in the game.
