The Huron Chiefs beat Lincoln Park 4-3 on Saturday.
The Chiefs pulled away for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Ethan Webb doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run and Chase Molnar singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.
Cole Grunwald was the winning pitcher for Huron. The right hander went five innings, allowing two runs on six hits and striking out five. Jayden Craig threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Craig recorded the last six outs to earn the save for the Chiefs
Chase Molnar went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Chiefs in hits. Huron didn't commit a single error in the field. The Chiefs stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Matt Williams showed his speed to lead the way with two
