Webb's Walk-off Gives Huron Victory over Trenton
Huron took Saturday's game one in dramatic fashion, with a 6-5 walk-off victory over Trenton. Huron was down 5-4 in the bottom of the 7th when Ethan Webb singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
Webb had a 3 run home run in the sixth inning then a walk off 2 run base hit to win the game in the bottom of the 7th.
Jayden Craig earned the victory on the hill for the Chiefs. The right hander went three innings, allowing three runs on three hits and striking out 3.
Huron collected 10 hits on the day. Webb and Smith managed multiple hits for Huron. Webb with a HR and a walk off base hit collecting 5 RBI's on the day.
