MISSED OPPORTUNITIES COST GIRLS LEAGUE TITLE......
The girls came out on fire beating the Jets 169-154 & 212-180 to take a 10-0 lead in their race to 16. The great bowling continued into the 1st regular game with Huron leading by as many as 60 the match. The spare game failed the Chiefs as the lost game one 930-921 while missing 8 one pin spares along the way. Huron battled in game 2 but Airport pulled away late 938-794 for the 16-14 win and to clinch the league title. Julia Skowron 225 , Alyssa Devita 212 and Anna-Marie Richert 198 led the Chiefs in scoring. Marissa Martin contributed with 2 match wins. The Lady Chiefs finish the season 9-2 with both losses coming to league champion Airport
