DUNDEE GIVE HURON A SCARE ......

A much improved Dundee team came out fired up against our ladies and lead 8-2 after the 1st set of bakers. In game 1 of the regular portion BIG wins in match points by Sydney Zeigler ,Chelsea Hamilon and Shanon Geiger helped Huron win game two by 1 pin when Geiger threw a 9 count on her last ball to win the game 773-772 to pul the Chiefs close at 10-9.  With everything on the line in game 2 the Chiefs slowly pulled away for 869-777 win to win the match 18-12 . Julia Skowron 182, Anna-Marie Richert 166 won individual match points. Shannon Geiger improved on her league hi game with a 8 strike in a row performance 257 game The girls improve to 6-4 in the Huron League.

The 2nd girls varsity team held their own against one of the best teams in the league. Ashley Christensen 136, Madison Britt 125 , Mariah Nutter 157 and Madison Pomorski 162 all won match points in their meet.
