GIRLS STRUGGLE BUT FIND A WAY TO IMPROVE TO 7-2....
A pesky Dundee team battled hard and took Huron to the brink before falling 18-12. After posting some of the best scores in the baker portion last week they put up some of the lowest this week but still lead 6-4 going into the regular match. All 5 starters ( Amanda Williams , Anna-Marie Richert, Shannon Geiger, Chloe Wyszynski and Jordyn Carroll) won their match points putting the Chiefs up 15-4. Dundee came roaring back winning 4 patch points and the second game to cut the lead to 15-12 but Julia Skowron won her match point and the rest of the team ( Chelesa Hamilton, Sara Helm , Madison Britt) held on to totals for the final 18-12 margin.
