MILAN HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The Chiefs traveled to Milan and came home with a 1-1 tie. Milan took the lead with 4 seconds left in the first half as a deep cross curled in the wind and banked in off the back post. The Chiefs came out strong in the second half, scoring in less than 2 minutes to tie the game up. Cecily Hughes headed in a corner kick from Grace Traster. The Chiefs had multiple opportunities in the second half but could not punch in the game winner. The Chiefs are now 7-1-4 for the season and 6-1-2 in the Huron League.
