The Chiefs hosted Dearborn Heights Crestwood and the scoring floodgates finally opened in an 8-0 shutout.  Ava Genzel opened the scoring as she tapped in the rebound from an Ashley Christesen shot in the opening minutes.  The Chiefs cruised to a 4-0 halftime lead.  Melanie Skamiera netted a pair of goals and Cecily Hughes scored in the first half.  Frankie Hughes tallied 2 assists and Skamiera dished out 1.  Cecily Hughes opened the second half with another goal, assisted by Christesen.  Izzie Pritt scored her first high school goal from a nifty pass from Skamiera.  Skamiera completed her hat trick tapping in a pass from Joanna Mentzer.  Amelia Strochine got in the scoring action to finish the game from a Genzel feed.  The defense of Aniella Ormanian, Layla Hamilton, Olivia Strochine, Bella Elliott, and Brianna Hanson limited the Crestwood attack.  Strochine and Rachel Schick shared the shutout for the 2-2 Chiefs.
