The Chiefs defeated SMCC 4-3 on Senior Night at Arrowhead Stadium.  Melanie Skamiera opened things up as she converted a pass from Stephanie Yeager.  Alex Lividini dribbled past the keeper and passed the ball into the back of the net for a 2-0 Chief lead.  She was assisted by Yeager.  Skamiera made a perfect through ball to Joanna Mentzer who converted for a 3-0 half time lead for the Chiefs.  SMCC score an early second half goal to cut the lead to 3-1.  Skamiera converted a penalty kick for a 4-1 advantage.  The goal was her 30th of the season, breaking the Chief record for goals in a season.  SMCC made things interesting as the converted a penalty kick and a free kick to bring the game to a 4-3 score.  Yzabella Elliott ran down a Kestrel player streaking for the goal in the waning moments to preserve the victory for the Chiefs.

The Chiefs are now 15-3 for the season and finished second in the Huron League with a 12-2 record.  The 15 wins set a new school record.
