The Huron Chiefs battled the Riverview Pirates and came back for a 3-2 victory.  The Chiefs had to battle against a 30 mph wind and a determined Pirate squad.  Huron fell behind early in the contest but kept the Pirates off the board until four minutes in the second half when they put in a goal for a 2-0 lead.  The Chiefs used the wind aid in the second half and cut the lead 2-1 as Frankie Hughes fought through four defenders and scored off the rebound from her own shot.  The Chiefs knotted the game at 2 with ten minutes left as Stephanie Yeager fired a rocket of a shot into the top corner of the net.  Yzabella Elliott earned the assist.  The Chiefs netted the game winner with five minutes left as a Joanna Mentzer cornerkick found the foot of Yeager, who volleyed the ball past the keeper for a 3-2 final.  

The Chiefs are now 10-1 for the season and 7-1 in the Huron League.
