The Chiefs battled hard on a tough Monroe Country Club and found themselves in 6th place at the end of the day. The Chiefs finished the day with a team total 470. The league Championship was taken by a dominant Grosse Ile team that beat their nearest competitor by 126 shots by shooting a great team total of 325. Jefferson finished 2nd 451, followed by SMCC 453. Riverview 456, Flat Rock 461, Chiefs 470, Airport 477, and MIlan 554.
Medalist for the day was GI's Lily Bargamian with a 75. 2nd Team All League Honors were earned by Huron's Gia Dean 109 and AJ Akene 110.
Next up the Chiefs will take on Flat Rock at Willow GC on Monday 10/4 to wrap up their league schedule. The Chiefs currently stand at 10-10 for the season.
