Chiefs Drop Home Opener to Grosse Ile

The Chiefs welcomed Grosse Ile to Willow golf course on Tuesday for their league home opener. Things did not go the way we wanted. The chiefs struggled early and lost 215-256. The Chiefs were led by junior Gia Dean with a score 57 followed by Addison (birdie) Bozynski 65, Mira Lazenby 65, and Ellah Bossick 69. Grosse Ile was led by Katie Frucci with a score of 49. The Chiefs will travel to Riverview Highlands to take on the Pirates Thursday 9/9, 2:55 tee off. The Chiefs record now stands at 5-3
