Huron's Lady Chiefs Golf Team traveled to Lilac Golf Club today to take on the Bears from Monroe Jefferson.  Huron came out on top of this match with a score of 182 to 226 to run their Huron League record to a perfect 11-0. 

The Lady Chiefs saw some great scores from some new and inexperienced players making the future look bright for them.  Team Captain and Senior Sylvia Floyd set the pace for all players posting a very nice score of 41.  Sophomore Andie Martin was a close 2nd carding a nice 44.  Senior Averey Potter continued her consistent play posting a solid  score of 45.  Sophomore Anna Puschmann, a new comer to the Varsity team this season, tied her personal best posting a 52 with Senior Erin Bressler matching Anna's number.  New comer Junior Hanah Arnett saw her first Varsity action and carded a great score of 54.  Congratulations Hanah.  Junior Sophia Straub carded a great score of 47 and Junior Jillian Chapp posted a 54.

The Lady Chiefs will take a well needed rest until Sept 26 when they host SMCC at Willow Metro Park Golf Club to wrap up the dual match portion of their Huron League schedule.  Go Lady Chiefs!!
