Sat. Sept. 14 – Huron Invitational @ Willow Metropark
The Huron Girls team secured fourth place out of seven teams at the 55th Annual Huron Invite, with four personal records and two top 35 medalists. Avery Turk placed 3rd (19:54.0), and Kayla Christesen broke 22 minutes with a personal record of 21:44.6, finishing 11th, both earned medals. Additional performances included Alice Williams in 49th (24:21.1 PR), Maiya Thomas in 54th (24:48.9 PR), Lillian West in 61st (25:15.5 PR), Isa Vargo in 65th (25:34.6), Kirsten Perecki in 69th (26:01.0), and Julia Welch in 87th (28:27.1).
