Tues. Sept. 5 – Erie-Mason “Frank Connolly” Relays - six-mile two-person relay with each runner alternating running a mile three times
The Huron Girls Cross Country team has moved up to fourth place overall this season, with three relay teams earning medals at the Erie Mason Relays. Kayla Christesen & Avery Turk led the team, finishing 8th with a time of 38:21. Lillian West & Alice Williams placed 38th (45:29), and Isa Vargo & Ellia Egle finished 40th (45:54), all earning medals and finishing in the top 40. Maiya Thomas & Stella Mac narrowly missed a medal, finishing 44th (46:56), while Julia Welch & Kirsten Perecki placed 58th (50:03).
