Well folks, that one did not go as planned. We knew we had our hands full coming into the game and we surely got ourselves into a bit of a pickle. The positive: We agree that we either win or we learn, and learning we did! Divine Child brought a bit of intensity and their transition speed was a little more than we were used to. We knew it was coming but making those adjustments mentally, verse psychically, is sometimes easier said than done. I was extremely proud of our group though, I think we did step up and play more physical with them at times. We were with in 10 coming into the third quarter. Our first half defense we worked through some things and came up with some big stops. But scoring was just tough tonight as their defensive traps caused some miss ques that resulted in fast break points for them. 

Atherton lead the way for the second straight game with 8 points on the night. Behind her was Lexi Thomas with 6 . Laila Castillo had 4 and Sam Belair and Courtney Balas each chipped in a basket. All around every girl gained something positive to take away and improve upon.  Games like this are critical to a season. We will find out what we are made of by how we bounce back as we take on Trenton, Thursday, December 12th Home at 7p.m.
