The Milan Big Reds only scored one basket in the 4th quarter but made 12 free throws to hold off the Huron Chiefs and secure a 66-62 win on Friday night.  Milan got off to a great start outscoring Huron 21-10 in the first quarter. The Chiefs came roaring back in the 2nd quarter outscoring the hosts 24-14. Sophomore guard Micah Smith scored 7 of his team high 13 points to cut the deficit to 35-34. The teams traded the lead several times in the 3rd quarter which ended with Milan holding onto a 52-51 lead entering the 4th quarter.  Again we couldn't defend without fouling-in the last two games Milan and Airport have shot 39 free throws in the 4th quarter with the game on the line.  Senior guard Jet Isaacs was the leading scorer with 19 for Milan, and one of four players for the Big Reds scoring in double figures, hitting 7 of Milan's 12 free throws in the 4th. Evan Morelock tallied 14, Will Walline scored 13, and Trey Chmielewski chipped in with 11.  Micah Smith scored 13, Ethan Woolery (11) and Cole Grunwald (10) to lead Huron. Huron is at Grosse Ile Tuesday night while Milan hosts Ann Arbor Huron on Friday
