RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 78
The Huron Chiefs lost their 6th consecutive game falling to the visiting Riverview Pirates by the score of 78-61 on Tuesday night.
Huron stayed with the Pirates for a half, trailing 30-23. Riverview blew the game open in the 3rd quarter scoring the first 11 points to go up by 18, 41-23. Kolby Dorn scored 23 of his game high 31 points in the 2nd half to pace the Pirates. The Chiefs cut the 18 point deficit to 7 early in the 4th quarter. Huron senior Cole Grunwald scored 16 points to fuel the Chiefs comeback. We just don't have the fire power they do. Riverview put 4 players in double figures. Grunwald and Junior Rory Callahan shared scoring honors with both scoring 20. Huron travels to Monroe Catholic Central on Friday night.
