Senior guard Chase Molnar hit five 3's added 5 assists, and scored a career high 24 points to lead the Huron Chiefs to a hard fought win over the Milan Big Reds 63-54. The Chiefs held a six point lead at the half and outscored Milan 21-9 in the 3rd to take an 18 point lead into the 4th.  But Milan, lead by Junior guard Evan Morelock who scored 7 of his team high 17 points, mounted a comeback and got within 6 points points before the Chiefs hit some key free throws to hold off the Big Red charge. Junior guard Isaac Smith added 17 points and four steals while junior guard Cole Grunwald and Sophomore Center Ethan Woolery played well for Huron. Milan Sophomore Center Connor Dessellier and Junior Ethan Budd scored 11 and 10 points respectively and kepted Milan in the game by out rebounding the Chiefs.  Huron won the JV game 39-32. Sam Farrugia scored 13 and Josh Buettner added 12. Huron also won the freshman game.
