Huron outscored Lincoln Park 39-18 in the 2nd half to win for the first time this season 59-43. The Chiefs began the 2nd half on a 11-0 run and took the lead for good with great defense and balanced scoring. Eleven players scored for Huron led by Braden Hoffman with 14 and Sal Marchionda with 12 as the Chiefs shot over 50% for the game. "I felt we really needed this win to build some confidence going into our Huron League opener Friday night at Airport." The win made it a complete sweep for Huron. Cole Grunwald scored 19 points as the Freshmen remained upbeaten with a 48-46 win. Frankie Marvaso scored 11 as the Junior Varsity won 46-29.
