Huron Coach Bob Blosser played a hunch and decided to start Phil Martin to help defend against Matt Frost who was coming off a 26 point effort against Flat Rock Tuesday night. Not only did Phil and his teammates hold Frost to 8 points, but Phil Martin hit a game winning 3 pointer, his 5th of the game, with 40 seconds remaining to help Huron edge Grosse ile 64-62. Vinnie Wroblewski came up big with 24 points and 17 rebounds and Christian Crawford chipped in 10. Huron won the JV game 75-40. Austin Wyszynski scored 18 and Dylan Kirk had 16.
