Greggo Shines and Defense Dazzles. Chiefs Take Down Milan
Girls Varsity SoftballThe defensive display could not be outdone today as our kids made play after play to keep the Big Reds off the board. Rylie threw an absolute gem. Hard to hit all game. We relied heavily on some big plays to get out of some jams and they surely did their job. With runners on second and first, in the top of the 7th and one out, a shot to right field was snagged at the shoe strings and we doubled up the runner on first to end the game. This team keeps taking the right steps forward. Playing clean and making some great adjustments at the plate. Sometimes all you need is a couple key hits when your defense and pitching are firing in the way they were today.
