GAME ONE

HURON VS  GARDEN CITY

13-3 Huron with the WIN

"Great team win to start off our 3 game day. It was a nice bounce back effort and intestiy wise from our game two days prior. We felt good about the defesnive part of the game and obvioiusly our bats came in hot. That was nice to see, showed a lot of scrap from our girls to push through the funk they were in."

"Defensively we had a couple key errors that would have kept us from falling behind. We did a lot of really good things too though this game. Clinton is a great team and we played them tough. I think most importantly we learned from the mistakes and we are learning to make adjustments early and often, which brings a sense of maturity to this team. Moving forward the early adjustments are key to our success."

Gracie Brinkerhoff: 2-3, 1RBI

Marissa Smith 1-3, 1RBI

Faith Callahan 1-4

Lexi Thomas 1-4

Bethany Perry 1-3

Melanie Coak 1-1
