MILAN HIGH SCHOOL: 6
Milan jumped ahead early this game. A homerun started their offensive attack. Brinkerhoff pitched a great game, defensively we had a couple miscues, but the ball found some holes as well. They put the ball in play more than we did, simply put. This was probably the first game where our bats started poorly and finished poorly, which is very uncharacteristic of us. If you can't maintain pressure on the defense the game can get away from you quickly, and that is what happened.
We will look to rebound this Saturday at Milan for a tournament!
