MILAN HIGH SCHOOL: 47
Energy is one of the most important aspects of the game and Milan delivered during their matchup against our Huron Varsity Girls. Our team had a rough start out the gate as our energy just wasn't in sync. In the end we lost 33-47, but it was still a mental victory because we learned a lot from the game. Learning and becoming better athletes is truly the most important part of the game and we are grateful for those lessons. Junior Samantha Belair scored 11 pts, Freshman Lila Clements finished with 6 pts, and Alexis Thomas 5pts, 8 rebs, 2 steals, and 1 block.
