Girls XC Jamboree 1 Canceled Mid-Race Due to Weather

Tues. Sept. 20 – Huron League Jamboree 1-ish
The girls’ race started as storms were bearing down at Milan causing the competition to be canceled mid-race. Molly Johnston (6:37/mi), Breeann Roupe (7:10/mi), Maggie Warden (7:15/mi), and Avery Turk (7:21/mi) all completed over 2 miles of the 3.1-mile race and were on pace for personal or seasonal records. Falyn Doss (7:19), Cara Bean (7:59), Danica Lividini (8:07), Kirsten Perecki (8:07), and Amelia Szawara (8:35) completed over a mile. As a result of scheduling complications, this meet will not be made up so Jamboree 2 will count as 50% of the season’s points for the ladies.
