One game away from contending for League Champs. It was a tough loss but not one that we will sit on long. Bri Scott had the only hit on the day. Going 1-1 on a pinch hit single up the middle. We had some opportunities but ultimately giving up 9 runs, you just won't be able to produce that amount of fire power back. We had some great a bats though. Got deep in counts. Drew some walks and put most balls in play. Just couldn't find the holes and couldn't get consistent contact to move runners.  Defensively though, we are playing solid. Have a couple tweaks to make but I give our D credit, they make plays consistently and they are only going to continue to gel with each game.  Overall the better team won but what we learned from this game and this matchup will turnover and create a bigger and better dynamic for the years to come. Maturity is on our side. Looking forward to our next two weeks and what we still have left to accomplish.
