Cole Grunwald Shuts Out Jefferson, Huron Takes The Win
Cole Grunwald had all the right stuff on Thursday for the Chiefs, allowing zero runs and besting Jefferson by a score of 5-0. Grunwald went all 7 innings allowing zero runs on 3 hit, striking out 11 and walking one.
Huron fired up the offense in the first inning with a Grunwald's sac fly scored one run for the Chiefs. Huron notched three more runs in the second inning. The big bats in the inning were led by a singles by Micah Smith and Isaac Smith.
