FLAT ROCK COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Chiefs traveled to Flat Rock and came home with a 4-0 victory. Cecily Hughes headed in the game winner in the first half from a corner kick by Ashley Christesen. Ashley's 16 assist for the season sets a new school record for goals in a season. Cecily scored her second of the match from a Melanie Skamiera pass for a 2-0 lead. Skamiera scored the third goal of the match from Izzie Pritt. Skamiera returned the favor as Pritt scored the final goal of the match. Amelia Strochine earned the shutout. The defense of Abby Grant, Joanna Menzter, Bella Elliott, Layla Hamilton, and Olivia Manoa controlled the Flat Rock offense and limited them to just one shot. Huron is now 14-3-1 for the season and 10-2-1 in the Huron League.
