FLAT ROCK COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL: 9
The Huron High School Junior Varsity football team defeated cross town rival Flat Rock Rams 34-9. The chiefs overcame a first half filled with penalties and miscues and a took a 14-9 lead into halftime. The second half proved to be a different story as the chiefs defense stiffened and the offense got rolling and scored 22 unanswered points. The chiefs finished with a 5-2 record in the Huron League. The final game of the season next week is at Garden City.
