GROSSE ILE HIGH SCHOOL: 4
Despite playing disciplined/calculated soccer, the Chiefs came out on the under side of a 4-0 score. 3 weird goals got past the Chiefs in the first half with minimal opportunities for them to attack. The second half saw the Chiefs more relaxed and was more back and forth. Grosse Ile added one late in the second half to bring the final tally to 4. The Chiefs now have 2 losses on the season, both coming at the feet of #1 in the state ranked Grosse Ile. Wednesday at Arrowhead 7:00 will be Captains, Chad Sturgill,Ryan Toth, Nick Pasut, and Vinny Gonzalez, as well as Adam Brenner, and Robert Oakes’ last ever home game and the all important senior night.
