WALLED LAKE CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL: 3
The New Boston-Belleville United team broke a 2-game skid with a win against Walled Lake Central-Waterford Mott Unified in Lakeland. Scoring for the NBBU were Matthew Kosiba, Darren Barber, Xavier Ryznar, Connor Mann and Cody Nill with 2 tallies. Assists went to Darren Barber, Zack Sawdy, Evan Estes, Connor Mann and 2 for Cole McNulty.
The guys led 3-1 in the first and 4-3 after the second period. In the third period, the team killed-off a 7-minute Power Play for WLCWU and even scored short-handed. It was Nill's second of the game and gave the team some breathing room.
Ryan Mann played well in net to notch his 4 win of the season.
