ALLEN PARK HIGH SCHOOL: 42
The Huron JV Girls Basketball team lost a close game Tuesday night by a score of 42-38 to Allen Park. The Chiefs were led by Hannah Petroski who scored 9 points, Anna Atherton who scored 7 points, and Cheyenne Hudziak who scored 7 points and played a great game defensively. Courney Balazs played a fantastic game at the point guard position scoring 4 points and playing great defensively. The girls fought hard and played a good game even though they came up short on the scoreboard. The Chiefs will travel to Grosse Ile Friday night to take on the Red Devils.
